Using his 44 years of experience, Jim Stevens helps HVAC business owners find hidden profits in their business and reach their financial goals.
Jim (Jimbo) Stevens has been involved in the HVAC industry for over 44 years, and owned his own company for 33 years. While running his business, he devised many strategies that helped his business run more efficiently and maximize his profits. He now uses the same principles to coach other HVAC business owners to make their businesses more profitable.
He served several terms as president of the local chapter of the Louisiana Heat Pump Association. He also served as president of the State Heat Pump Association organization, as well as serving on both boards.
Jimbo now coaches and mentors HVAC company owners through his consulting company, Basic Plus A/C Coaching, LLC. The three components of his program are Flat Rate Pricing for service, Cookbook Pricing for change-outs, and Job Costing. He has simplified the process, as well as having lower investment costs than the bigger companies with the large volumes of price books. He is also available for in-person training at your location.
